All whilst growing his own social media presence as ‘Imtomcoleman’ on Instagram. Sharing his passion for gardening and becoming a well known name in the horticulture industry.

In 2023, Tom left the corporate world behind, starting his own business helping brands and accounts to make a bigger impact, be more visible, drive growth and boost sales! Little did he know the phenomenon that was about to happen, as he immediately became fully booked, with a roster of big name brands and famous faces queuing up to work with him. By 2024 Tom had grown his clients followers on Socials by over 260,000 in just 12 months, with multiple clients more than doubling their audience and importantly recording their best ever year for sales. He ended up on the set of ITV This Morning working with Dermot O’Leary, worked on the launch of Stacey Solomon’s home range for Asda, as well as being featured in The Sun, BBC News, Woman’s Weekly, and his business journey being written about in book ‘Corporate Escapology’.

From that moment Tom knew that he could only impact so many businesses on his own, and so set about finding the best of the best to work with him to create a virtual team of freelancers who would help the business expand and enable it to work with even more amazing brands & clients.
